We are a team of family physicians located at very convenient location in St. Vital area.
All the doctors are accepting walk-in patients and we are accepting new patients as well. We have a welcoming staff and pharmacy in our clinic. We are passionate to provide high quality health services to our patients.
Our clinic offers convenient patient access on weekdays and weekends.
We provide services in English, Punjabi, Hindi & Urdu.

Meet Our Doctors

Dr Vijay Sodhi MD CCFP

Graduated from GGS Medical college, Faridkot, India in 2005. He practised family medicine in India for few years and then migrated to Canada. After completion of training in Family Medicine from the University of Manitoba, Dr Sodhi started practicing family medicine in Rock Lake District Hospital/Clinic, Crystal City in 2011. He achieved his certificate in Family Medicine in 2013. Dr Sodhi is a co-founder of Southend Medical Clinic. Dr Sodhi is an examiner for Medical Council of Canada. He is an assessor for MLPIMG Family Medicine Program in University of Manitoba. He is also a panel physician with IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada).

Dr Abid Malik MD CCFP

Graduated from Quaid-E-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur in 1998 in Pakistan. He worked as a Family Physician in Pakistan for few years and after completion of residency program from University of Manitoba he resumed working as family doctor at Percy-e-Moore Hospital, Hodgson, Manitoba in 2012. He achieved his certificate in Family Medicine in 2013. Dr Malik is a co-founder of Southend Medical Clinic. Dr Malik is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi. He has a warm and compassionate personality. He is also a panel physician with IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada).

Navneet Singh Rehsia MD CCFP

Graduated from GGS medical college, Faridkot, India in 1996. He completed post-graduation in Internal Medicine from Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana, India in 2000. After working for few years in his home country, he moved to Canada in 2009 and completed his Family Medicine residency in 2012 and attained the certificate from College of Family Physicians of Canada in the same year. He worked as Family Physician at Percy-E-Moore Hospital, Hodgson from 2012 to 2014 and at St Norbert Medical Clinic, Winnipeg from 2014 to mid 2018. Since, June 2018 he is working as Family Physician at Southend Medical & Walk-in Clinic, Winnipeg. He is also an examiner for Medical Council of Canada and a preceptor for resident physicians of MLPIMG program. He is also a panel physician with IRCC.

Dr. Ankur Wadhwa Neurologist

Dr. Ankur Wadhwa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Section of Neurology, at the University of Manitoba. A Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada in Neurology, Dr. Wadhwa brings extensive clinical and academic expertise in stroke care and general neurology. He completed his DM in Neurology at Dr. RML Hospital & PGIMER in New Delhi, followed by a two-year Stroke Fellowship with the Canadian Stroke Consortium at the University of Calgary. In addition to his academic role, he served as Medical Director of the Acute Stroke Unit at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, where he played a key role in planning and establishing stroke care services. His previous appointments include Assistant Professor of Neurology at Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital in India, where he initiated both Stroke and Cognitive Neurology clinics. Dr. Wadhwa has consistently been involved in teaching medical students and neurology residents, and has contributed to numerous academic and research activities throughout his career. His training also includes an MD in Internal Medicine from Delhi University and an MBBS from the University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
